Our Turkey Trot once again proved why it is the cornerstone of our fundraising calendar. In 2025, the event shattered previous records, bringing together an extraordinary outpouring of community spirit, participation, and generosity. This beloved event is of paramount importance to fund our mission, and the record-setting results of this year’s Turkey Trot will allow us to continue providing the amazing programming that our participants depend on and love. We are deeply grateful to every runner, walker, volunteer, and sponsor who made it our biggest Turkey Trot ever.

As careful overseers of your trust and generosity, we continue to take great pride in our financial stewardship. In 2025, we reached a new benchmark: 74 cents of every dollar raised went directly to programming for our participants. This reflects our unwavering commitment to ensuring that donor contributions are put to work where they matter most — in the lives of the remarkable individuals we are privileged to serve. We believe this speaks to the dedication of our staff and Board to keep administrative costs lean so our mission can flourish.

In 2025, Zack’s Place was the recipient of something truly beyond words: a single, unprecedented donation of $1,000,000 from one extraordinarily generous donor. We are humbled, moved, and profoundly grateful. This gift represents a transformative vote of confidence in our mission, our participants, and the community we have built together. It will strengthen our financial foundation and help carry Zack’s Place forward — ensuring that for years and generations to come, our participants have a vibrant, sustainable home.
